في تحويل الجملة الاستفهامية من مباشر
إلي غير مباشر نراعى الآتي :-
1- فعل القول :-
(said / said to)
----- wanted to know / wondered / asked/inquired
Can/could
you tell me?
2- أداة الربط هي نفس
أداة الاستفهام وان لم توجد أداة استفهام يكون أداة الربط if
= whether
3- داخل الأقواس
أ- الضمائر ( حسب المستمع ) you
------- I / he / she
Your ------ my / his / her
me ------ him / her
ب- الأزمنة :- تتحول من مضارع إلي ماضي لو فعل القول ماضي إما أن
كان فعل القول مضارع فلا تتحول الأزمنة داخل الأقواس .
Have
/ has ----- had can -----
could may ----- might will….would
لو الفاعل جمع are…..were
** يجب تبديل الفعل
المساعد بالفاعل
1-
He said (When will you go to the club?)
He
wanted to know when I would go to the club.
2-
She said (How long have you been living Alex Mona?) (asked)
She
asked Mona how long she had been -------------
3- Ali said (can you
speak English, Ahmed?)
Ali
asked Ahmed if he could speak English.
** إذا وجدنا does
/ do تحذف ويحول الفعل الأساسي إلي ماضي بسيط
4-
She said, (where do you live?)
She
wanted to know where I lived.
**
إذا وجدنا did تحول إلي had + p.p.
5- He said (why did you go to the club?)
He asked me why I had gone to the club.
** كلمة are
تحول إلي was
في المفرد
6- Huda said (Are you busy?)
Huda asked me if I was busy.
لا تتحول الأزمنة
داخل الأقواس لو فعل القول مضارع او وجدنا مع فعل القول
Just now/a moment ago
7- He said just now,
(Where will you go?)
He asked just now where I will go.
